2.1 Essential Cookies Always active

Required for the platform to function. These handle authentication (keeping you signed in), session management, and security protections. Essential cookies cannot be disabled — disabling them would prevent you from signing in to Fervae.

2.2 Error Monitoring Optional

We use Sentry to detect and fix bugs in real time. This collects technical information such as browser type, OS version, error stack traces, and page URLs at the time of an error. Sentry uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store a session identifier that correlates errors within a session. No personal data (names, email addresses, or content you have written) is tracked through this service — all text inputs and form fields are masked before any error data leaves your browser.

You can opt out of error monitoring at any time by contacting us at legal@fervae.com. We will update your consent record within 5 business days.

3. What We Don’t Use

• No advertising cookies or tracking pixels
• No cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling
• No third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• No social media tracking widgets
• No fingerprinting or passive device identification

4. How to Manage Cookies

When you first visit Fervae, a cookie consent banner lets you choose which optional cookies to accept. You can update your preferences at any time by:

• Emailing legal@fervae.com to request a change to your consent settings
• Clearing your browser’s cookies for fervae.com (specifically the fervae-cookie-consent cookie), which will display the consent banner again on your next visit
• Using your browser’s built-in cookie settings to block or delete specific cookies (note: blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in)

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we add new cookies or make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required, display the consent banner again so you can review and accept the new settings.
