Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Pro-Rated Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated based on the number of unused days remaining. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Your account will revert to the Free plan after cancellation.

1.3 Promotional Codes

If you believe a valid promotional code was not applied at checkout, contact hello@fervae.com within 7 calendar days of the charge. We will verify the code’s validity and, if confirmed, apply the discount or issue a credit. Promotional codes that are expired, mistyped, or ineligible cannot be honored. Fervae is not obligated to extend, replace, or provide monetary compensation for promotional codes that expire unused.

2. Merchandise Refunds and Returns

2.1 All Sales Final

All merchandise is produced on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner. Because items are manufactured specifically for your order, all merchandise sales are final. Orders are immediately submitted for fulfillment upon payment and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

2.2 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping, contact us at hello@fervae.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please include:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including shipping. Defect claims submitted after 14 days will be evaluated at our sole discretion.

2.3 What Is Not Considered a Defect

Minor variations in print placement and color are inherent to on-demand production and are not considered defects. Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitors, print processes, and materials.

2.4 Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders before production begins in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or excessive quantities. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
