Shipping Policy

• Standard shipping: $5.99 (5–10 business days)

• Made-to-order: allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping

1. Shipping Availability

Merchandise is currently available for shipping within the United States only. We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be accepted at checkout.

2. Shipping Options

Shipping is selected during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated per order and are non-refundable.

3. Production Time

All merchandise is made-to-order. After your payment is processed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner. Carriers typically include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier is determined at the time of shipment based on the delivery address and shipping option selected.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, we may reship the order at your expense.

6.2 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at hello@fervae.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us at hello@fervae.com within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will file an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution, including any potential replacement or refund, is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome and is at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to replace or refund orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.

6.3 Partial Orders

If your order contains multiple items and not all items arrive, contact us at hello@fervae.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the partial shipment. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange shipment of missing items or issue a refund for undelivered items at our discretion.

6.4 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, see our Refund Policy for instructions on filing a defect or damage claim within 14 days of delivery.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after handoff.

8. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax amounts are displayed before you complete your purchase.
