Engage: Tracking and Responding to Comments

How to monitor engagement and reply to your audience across platforms.

The Engage Section

Engage pulls in comments, replies, reposts, likes, and follows from your connected accounts into one place. No more switching between apps.

Viewing Engagement

Switch between two views:

  • Engagement-centric — A chronological list of all interactions
  • Post-centric — Browse by post, then see its replies

Filtering

Filter by engagement type (likes, replies, reposts, follows), by account, by brand, or by audience category (Curious, Skeptical, Supportive, etc.).

Replying

Reply directly from Fervae without leaving the app. The reply composer supports text and GIFs. You can also like, repost, or quote-reply to interactions.

Coaching Mode

Toggle on training mode to see communication coaching prompts alongside each engagement. These prompts are based on the communication frameworks from the Train section and help you craft more effective responses.

Categories

Engagement is automatically categorized by audience type: Curious, Skeptical, Supportive, Hostile, Misinformation, or Off-topic. You can reclassify any interaction if the category doesn't fit.
