Engage: Responding to Your Audience
How to see and reply to comments across all your accounts in one place.
What is Engage?
When you post on social media, people respond. They leave comments, like your posts, repost them, or follow you. Normally you'd have to check each app separately to see all of this. Engage brings it all into one place.
Think of it as a unified inbox for your social media interactions.
Two ways to browse
| View | How it works |
|---|---|
| Engagement view | A chronological feed of all interactions (comments, likes, follows, reposts) across all your accounts. |
| Post view | Browse your posts first, then see the interactions on each one. |
Filtering what you see
You can filter interactions by type (just comments, just new followers, etc.), by account, or by category (see below).
Audience categories
Fervae labels each comment with one or more categories based on the intent behind it. A single comment can carry more than one label (for example, "love this but the sample size feels small" reads as both supportive and skeptical).
| Category | What it means |
|---|---|
| Curious | Asking genuine questions. |
| Supportive | Agreeing, sharing, or encouraging. |
| Skeptical | Questioning the science or your claims. |
| Hostile | Aggressive or personal attacks. |
These are intent labels, not factual judgments. They help you prioritize who to respond to first, and they don't flag anything as true or false. If the label doesn't feel right on a particular comment, you can change it.
Replying
You can reply to comments directly from Fervae without opening the other app. The reply editor supports text and GIFs. You can also like, repost, or quote-reply to any interaction.
Toggle Coaching on and Sparky will suggest a framework for the comment in front of you (Truth Sandwich, Bridge, Welcome, and so on) along with a per-thread scaffold of bullet points to consider. Suggestions are nudges, not verdicts. Fervae never tells you whether to engage; the decision is always yours. The frameworks come from the Gym, and you can practice them there.
