Understanding Your Analytics
How to read your Impact dashboard and see how your posts are performing.
What is Impact?
Impact is your analytics dashboard. "Analytics" just means data about how your posts are performing: how many people saw them, how many interacted, and how your audience is growing. Instead of checking each social media app separately, Impact shows it all in one view.
What you can see
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Engagement | Likes, comments, reposts, and new followers over time. Spot trends in how your audience responds. |
| Followers | Total follower count on each platform and how many new followers you've gained. |
| Published content | How many posts you've put out on each platform. |
| Top posts | Your best-performing posts ranked by engagement, so you can see what's resonating. |
Deeper metrics
Some platforms (like Instagram and YouTube) provide more detailed data:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Impressions | How many times your content was displayed on someone's screen. |
| Reach | How many unique people saw your content. Different from impressions because one person can see your post multiple times. |
| Profile views | How many people clicked to view your profile. |
| Video views / watch time | How many people watched your videos and how long they watched. |
| Saves and shares | How many people saved your post or shared it with someone else. |
Adjusting what you see
Use the filters at the top to focus on a specific time period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, a year, or all time) and to filter by brand or platform.
