The Schedule View
How to plan, drag, and reschedule your posts on the calendar.
What is Schedule?
Schedule is a calendar view of every post you've planned, scheduled, or published. Open it from the navigation bar (it lives between Lab and Reflex). Pick a day, week, or month view, and see your full content rhythm at a glance.
What you can do
- Drag a post to a new date or time to reschedule it.
- Click an empty slot to start a new draft for that time.
- Filter by brand or platform to focus on one account at a time.
- See gaps in your posting cadence so you can fill them on purpose.
Timezones
Schedule uses your browser's timezone automatically. If you set a post for 9:00 AM, it goes out at 9:00 AM your time, regardless of where the platform's servers live.
Failed scheduled posts
If a scheduled post fails (because the connection expired, the platform rejected the content, or something else), the post will appear with a status badge in Schedule and you'll get a notification in your bell. The original draft is preserved so you can fix and reschedule it.
Scheduling and the Schedule view are part of the Pro plan. On Free, you can publish immediately or save as a draft.
