Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your Fervae plan.

Checking your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Account. You'll see which plan you're on, your tier badge, and any subscription details.

Upgrading

If you want access to Pro or Team features, click Upgrade from the billing page. You can also upgrade when you try to use a feature that requires a higher plan. Fervae will show you what you need and offer to upgrade.

The checkout process is handled securely through Stripe, a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses.

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, features like Reflex and the Content Calendar will be paused, but your data stays safe. If you upgrade again later, everything will be right where you left it.

Launch pricing

During the launch period, early adopters get access to special pricing that's locked in as long as you stay subscribed. Check the Plans page to see if launch pricing is still available.
