Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your Fervae plan.

Checking your current plan

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing. You'll see which plan you're on, your tier badge, and your subscription details.

Upgrading

If you want access to Pro or Team features, click Upgrade from the billing page. You can also upgrade when you try to use a feature that requires a higher plan, since Fervae will show you what you need and offer to upgrade right there.

The checkout process is handled securely through Stripe, a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses.

Annual vs monthly

Annual billing saves you 25% compared to month-to-month. You pay once for the year and the discount applies to every seat on Team plans.

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, features like Reflex, scheduling, and multi-brand management will be paused, but your data stays safe. If you upgrade again later, everything will be right where you left it.

Add-ons

Need a few extra connected accounts on top of your plan? Connected-account add-ons are available at $3 each per month. Team plans can add seats at $10 each per month.
