Engagement Not Showing Up
What to do if comments, likes, or follows aren't appearing in Engage.
How does engagement syncing work?
Fervae checks your connected accounts for new comments, likes, follows, and reposts on a regular schedule. This means there's a short delay between when someone interacts with your post and when it shows up in Fervae, usually just a few minutes.
I don't see any engagement at all
- Check your account connection. Go to Settings → Brands & Accounts and make sure the account is still connected and active. If it shows as inactive, reconnect it.
- Check your filters. In the Engage section, make sure you haven't accidentally filtered to a specific account, type, or category that's hiding the engagement you're looking for. Try resetting all filters.
- Give it a few minutes. If you just posted, new engagement data may not have synced yet.
Some engagement may not be available
Each social platform provides different amounts of data to third-party apps like Fervae. You might see more engagement data from some platforms than others. That's a platform limitation, not a Fervae bug.
