Answers to common questions about using Fervae.
How do I change my name?
Go to Settings and update your name there. It'll change everywhere in the app.
Can I change my email address?
Your email is tied to how you signed in (email/password or Google). If you need to change it, email hello@fervae.com and we'll help.
Can I use Fervae on my phone?
Yes. Fervae works in any modern web browser, including on phones and tablets. On smaller screens, the navigation moves to a tab bar at the bottom of the screen for easier one-handed use. There's no separate app to download. Just go to fervae.com in your mobile browser.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Fervae uses encrypted connections (the same kind banks use), secure authentication, and never stores your social media passwords. When you connect a social account, you're granting Fervae limited permission through the platform's official process. You can revoke that permission at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings.

I found a bug or something isn't working right
We appreciate you letting us know. The fastest path is the Bug report form right at the top of this support page, since it auto-detects your browser, OS, and screen size so we can reproduce the issue. If you'd rather email, send the same details to hello@fervae.com:

- Screenshots if possible.
Can I request a feature?
Please do. Use the Feature request form on this support page (you'll need to be signed in to vote on others). We read every one and use them to prioritize what we build next.
How do I switch between light and dark mode?
Go to Settings → Preferences and pick your theme. The marketing pages and support center always use light mode by design.
