What to check when a post fails to go out.

Why didn't my post go out?

Possible causeHow to fix it
Your connection expired.Go to Settings → Brands & Accounts and reconnect the account.
The platform rejected your content.Check the platform's community guidelines. Your text or images may violate their policies.
Image or video format issue.Some platforms are picky about file types, dimensions, or file sizes. Try re-uploading or using a different file.
Character limit exceeded.Check the compose editor's character count. A message that fits on Facebook (63,000 characters) might be too long for Bluesky (300 characters).

My scheduled post didn't go out on time

  1. Check the post's status in your Drafts tab. It may show an error message explaining what went wrong.
  2. Make sure the date, time, and timezone are correct. Fervae uses your browser's timezone, so if you recently traveled, double-check.
  3. Verify that the account is still connected and active in Settings.

My post went to some platforms but not others

When you post to multiple platforms, each one publishes independently. It's possible for your post to succeed on Instagram but fail on Bluesky, for example. Check which specific account failed and troubleshoot that connection individually.
