Engagement Not Syncing
What to do if comments, likes, or follows aren't showing up.
Sync Timing
Engagement data syncs periodically — it's not instant. New comments, likes, and follows typically appear within a few minutes.
Missing Engagement
If engagement isn't showing up at all:
- Check that the account is still connected and active in Settings → Brands & Accounts
- Try reconnecting the account to refresh the authorization
- Some platforms have rate limits that can temporarily delay syncing
Filtered Out
Check your filters in the Engage section. You might have a specific account, type, or category filter active that's hiding the engagement you're looking for.
Platform Limitations
Each platform provides different levels of engagement data through their APIs. Some metrics may not be available for all platforms.
