Managing Connected Accounts

How to check, deactivate, or reconnect your linked social accounts.

Viewing your accounts

Go to Settings → Brands & Accounts to see all your connected social accounts in one place. Each account shows its platform, username, and current status.

Account status

StatusWhat it means
ActiveThe account is connected and working. You can post to it and receive engagement data.
InactiveThe account has been turned off or its connection has expired. Fervae won't post to it or pull engagement.

Turning accounts on and off

You can toggle any account between active and inactive. This is useful if you want to temporarily stop posting to a specific account without fully disconnecting it.

Reconnecting an account

Platform connections can expire. This usually happens after you:

  • Change your password on that platform.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication.
  • Revoke app permissions in your platform's settings.

If an account shows as inactive unexpectedly, click Reconnect next to it and go through the authorization process again.

Disconnecting an account

To fully remove a connected account, find it in your account list and disconnect it. Fervae will immediately revoke and delete the authentication token. It will no longer be able to post to, read from, or access that account in any way.
